Paws in the park 2008-13th & 14th September

'Paws in the park' was a large event which took place at The Hop Farm in Kent. It is a fun exhibition for dog owners and their dogs. There were plenty of things to keep owners and dogs occupied with agility courses, performances from dog clubs, stalls with everything you can imagine for dogs and much more. I took my tent, some of my work and some leaflets and spent the weekend talking to pet owners and eating really bad junk food! It was fun though, even just watching all of the different dogs kept me amused. I didn't take my own dog as he has recently had major surgery on his leg (poor Toby) and he is a bit grumpy. But I bought him a little raincoat for the winter, as I have got a feeling I'll be walking him out in the rain a lot over the next few months to get his leg working!
