I am very proud to send my portraits
across the world to the USA and I take the upmost care in packaging
them to make sure they arrive to you in perfect condition. With
modern technology our countries are being brought closer and closer.
Emailing, skpe and our modern postal delivery system allows me to
provide my US clients with the same level of service as my UK
clients.
Ordering
The first thing to do is to contact me by
telephone or by
email if you would like to order
your portrait and I will guide you through the first steps of
ordering and paying your deposit, I can also answer any questions
that you may have.
Contact
I communicate mainly by email
throughout the whole process of creating your portrait however I
like to get in contact by telephone at the beginning to have a quick
chat to find out exactly what you want for your portrait. I use
Skype, the free online phone service to communicate with my overseas
clients as it allows free calls to people who have signed up for it.
If you have not signed up already, I can thoroughly recommend it. As
long as your computer has a microphone (either build in or plug in).
The little Skype program is free to download from
www.skype.com
If you would like to use this to get in touch with me, we can
arrange a time for our Skype call by email (taking into account the
time difference of our countries!) and then chat away for free! If
you have any questions about Skype, don’t hesitate to contact me by
email.
Payment
You can pay your deposit using a
credit or debit card. Just contact me and I will send you a link to
a 'Buy Now' button on my website. This will show you the deposit price in dollars and when you
click the button it will take you to Paypal where you can
enter your card details. Alternatively, you can pay using your
paypal account; I will send you an email invoice for the amount.
When your portrait is finished and you are completely happy with it,
you can pay the remaining balance by Debit card, Credit card or
Paypal.
Shipping to the USA
Postage starts from $20 for small
painting or drawing by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed
For. This usually takes 3-7 days from the date of posting and can be
tracked along the way. Please
contact me for a price for larger portraits and I will find out from
the post office for you. When the portrait is complete and payment
is in place, I will check with you to make sure you will be around
to receive your portrait in the coming days as it will require a
signature. You can have your portrait delivered to a work address if
it it more convenient, just let me know what you would prefer.If you
